LEGO Minecraft

Man, am I out of the geek-nerddom loop because I know nothing about Minecraft, especially when our Retrenders CTO passed me info about the new LEGO Minecraft set and also Minecraft tribute videos on YouTube.  I’m sorry, I’m still busy playing Tetris & Columns on my spare time.

I still don’t get why this game is so popular … I’m old school. I like my board games like Stratego, Risk, and Connect Four.

      • Hi, I personal love lego and whilst searching the net this morning I found an actual minecraft set that lego have brought out. Now that I will defo be able to play with him, if it is here in time for his birthday next week…although i don’t think it will.

Ahh the Lego Minecraft set is an awesome and perfect idea for anyone that plays and enjoys the game. I have the game and it can get addicting – think of the game as a “Legoland” of infinite possibilities. Don’t get me wrong, I love board games also Stephen, but for some, Minecraft is the ultimate virtual “make-it-yourself” playground. Good thing you found a set online and I hope your son enjoys the birthday gift! Any Minecraft fan will definitely appreciate it!
