Food: Hipster Chinese American Cuisine

I have spent a couple of years of living in SF and all I remember is late night dive and karaoke bars in Chinatown next to North Beach.  Now a hipster Chinese-American fusion style restaurant has opened up – Mister Jiu’s.  Chef’s Night Out check outs owner/chef Brandon Jew about Mister Jiu’s eatery, historic SF Chinatown and eating round the neighborhood.
