On a particular job, he kills a famous fashion designer, which provokes the victim’s sister, a crazy surgeon using her skills to turn Frank Kitchen into a woman. Frank feels like he’s in a bad nightmare. While adjusting to being a woman, he is hell bent on revenge to the people behind this.

If you’re a fan of noir hard crime fiction, then you must get Walter Hill’s The Assignment. I really enjoyed the art style of Jef. The comic panels are fast paced and the artwork also moves the story along. If you see The Assignment trade paperback on the comic book racks, give this comic a try.
