VENQUE Make High-Quality Bags

Well, if you are like me who always carries a backpack or man-bag around and use it for work and play, then you like a sturdy long lasting bag that’s reasonably priced and fashionable. For me, my sexy red Timbuk2 Messenger bag has lasted me over 8 years plus of the hustle and bustle city life, traveling, press conferences, moving and dodging people on public transportation and the weather. And now I’m ready to get another backpack! From the across the border, Toronto-based company VENQUE makes high quality bags from a new fabric material that was introduced in 2012 called “Quanta.”

You might ask, “What is Quanta?” Quanta is using raw yarn, then it’s weaved together and a wax coat is applied. This makes the bags not only durable, but also water resistant. I hated it when rain water gets into my bag, so this is a plus. The VENQUE bags also mix in fine leather touches and high-end zippers. Don’t you hate cheap zippers that can’t zip up correctly?

Currently there are 4 different types of bags sold: Flatsqaure ($85.00USD) – The messenger-style backpack is able to hold a 15″ laptop and has gadget accessory pockets; Hamptons ($90.00USD) – The British-accented bag fits a 15″ laptop, various side compartments for tablets, notebooks & accessories, and a over-the-shoulder strap; The Classic ($75.00USD) – The classic-style backpack is able to hold smaller laptops like a 13″ MacBook Air; Zipsnap ($38.00USD) – a fancy bag/case for your Apple iPad tablet.
