Meet Hollywood prop maker Andrew Ainsworth.  You might ask, “Who is he?”  Well, he’s the creator of the most iconic character helmets in film – the original Star Wars Stormtrooper helmet.

Mr. Ainsworth has worked movie titles like Superman, Alien and many other TV projects.  He figured out a way to mass produce the Stormtrooper helmet and body armor quickly and on budget.
