L.A. Comic Con turns the Main Stage over to the residents of Dimmsdale, California Sunday October 29th for the LARGST-EVER cast reunion of the long-running Nickelodeon’s hit seriesThe Fairly OddParents! Creator Butch Hartman will be signing all weekend in his booth, as well as participating in a Q&A, and Tara Strong will be signing for fans all weekend long. Daran Norris, Carlos Alazraqui, Susan Blakely, and Grey Delisle will be signing on Sunday October 29th ONLY.

Mega Bloks TMNT Collectors Series – Eastman & Laird

Mega Bloks pays homage to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) creators Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird with this neat TMNT Collector Series Rooftop Combat edition playset. I really like the black & white feel and details, a clear tribute to the original comic book run.

The Loyal Subjects x TMNT

Revoltech Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

I’m not the biggest fan of TMNT (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles), but I’ve been fan of the toys and been collecting the various Playmates Toys TMNT figures. Not to confuse non-fans, but there are 3 product lines of the Turtles in a Half Shell, 1) the classic line of figures, 2) the Nickelodeon cartoon figures, and 3) the movie version figures. If you’re not satisfy with the Playmates toys, then I suggest the pricey Kaiyodo Revoltech figures which offers cool packaging if you’re into that stuff, more articulation and accessories for pose-ability.

Gallery Nucleus: Heroes In A Half Shell Celebration

Way back in the 1980s when Mirage Comics published Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird’s creation The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, nobody had any idea how big these green turtles would get in pop-culture. From all the movies, cartoons, toy lines and other merchandising, the iconic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are still here today kicking butt.

On July 12, 2014 in Alhambra, CA, Gallery Nucleus and Nickelodeon presented an “official” TMNT art exhibition for the 30th Anniversary. Over 30 artists were involved showcasing TMNT artwork. Also featured, were production stills, memorabilia, storyboards and many other neat things from Nick’ cartoon series. In collaboration with our LA outfit Project 760 Productions we give TMNT-fans a glimpse of what happened at the event.
