Chocolate Ramen

For Valentine’s time only, a ramen chain shop in Toyko is serving up a ramen dish with chocolate.  The base of the soup is a lamb broth mixed with slices of pork, onions, pepper and chocolate.

And on a side note, we noodle fans in the San Francisco Bay Area don’t have to travel to Japan anymore for this, as Mensho Tokyo will be opening it’s first store in San Francisco!  Yeah, time to go ramen slurping!
