The NES Power Glove Re-invented for Animation

If you’re an 1980’s kid, then you probably remember the 8-bit video game system – the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES).  The NES was selling like hot cakes and had many peripherals, like the NES Power Glove.  The long but forgotten device gets a new use by animator Dillon Markey.

Animator/Artist Dillon Markey has re-tooled the video game peripheral into an animation tool.   Directed by Ava Benjamin “Playing With Power” is documentary-short on the making of the NES Power Glove into an animation tool by Dillon Markey.
