Star Wars X-Wing Board Game

xwingff00I played lots of board games with my siblings when we were younger.  One game in particular that was fun to play was the classic Screaming Eagles (1987) board game from Milton Bradley.  Roll the dice and pick your cards.  Somewhat similar and a little more complicated is Fantasy Flight’s new X-Wing Miniatures Game.

Classic Monopoly Tokens on the Retiring Block

Today, toy company Hasbro is generating some PR buzz for the classic board game Monopoly by retiring one of its classic tokens.  The public will get the chance to vote on which classic token to be saved – either the car, thimble, boot, Scottie dog, battleship, hat, iron or wheelbarrow.
