During the 1950s and thru 1960s, all across America with robust car market, the movie drive-in theater was also at the height of it’s popularity. Artist Andrew Valko’s series of drive-in theater paintings gives us a taste of Americana and through the “eyes” of the drive-in movie customer.

I blogged/tweeted/Facebooked or something like that when this video clip came out. Actor Hugh Jackman appeared on BBC Radio 1’s The Matt Edmondson Show and performed a mixmash musical of Les Miserables “Who Am I” to Wolverine/X-men lyrics. I’m watching this again and again. It’s really funny and well done.
