SoCal has Disneyland and there’s Disney World in Orlando, Florida, but there is also The Walt Disney Family Museum in San Francisco. The museum is located near the iconic Golden Gate Bridge and in Presidio Park. The museum explores the life and times of Walt Disney. The Walt Disney Family Museum also showcases other exhibitions.

If you’re in Taipei this August through September, stop by artist Martin Hsu’s exhibition “In Dreams” at the Wrong Gallery. “In Dreams” is Martin Hsu’s take on “Little Red Riding Hood” and bowl of noodles. The “In Dreams” exhibition runs from August 9th thru September 2nd, 2014.

LACMA – Chris Burden’s Metropolis II
Artist Chris Burden took 4 years to build this complicated city in motion sculpture – Metropolis II. A mix of HO scale train sets, specific built roadways and highway system built around an incredible looking city. Over 100,000 miniature cars speed around the tracks at 240 mph on a magnet system.
