The hot hatchback features a 2.0L turbo 4-cyclinder engine pumping out 374 horses. Hyundai looks to compete with the likes of the Golf GTI and Ford Focus ST segments.

Back in the mid-90s, here in California, Honda’s were all the crazed. The past couple of generations of Honda Civic’s were bland and Acura discontinued the Integra line-up, so Honda didn’t really have that cheap affordable sports compact ride anymore. Now it’s back with this “rice rocket” front-wheel drive car, the 2015 Honda Civic Type R Concept. A 4-cyclinder packing 280 horses looking back to Honda’s rich racing heritage. Too bad this model is only UK Europe-spec.

The Detroit Auto Show 2014 is a few days in and Kia known for practical and boring automobiles unveils their GT4 Stinger Concept. It will be a rear-drive platform at an entry-level price. I hope so. The PR reps from Toyota and Subaru say their rear-drive cars, the Scion FR-S and Subaru BRZ, are entry-level, but when you walk out of the door at the dealerships, you are spending upwards of $28,000 or more for “entry-level.”

This is such a great idea. I already have a stack of paper on my desk to doodle and take notes, so why not make the stack of paper into a full sized desk? Though this is still a concept design, with this I can finally draw on my table top all I want and still have a clean desk everyday. Although I would hate to spill coffee on this thing.

This is actually a headphone amplifier and it works just like an amplifier for your speaker. Audiophiles swear by it and, once you listen to one, you might also become a believer. The Ö Case is designed by Löytö Esineiden. This iPhone case is not just cool, it’s supposed to be functional. The case has a screen cleaning slider and space to house the earbuds.
