Mattel’s Barbie toy line is known for producing Barbie dolls, but hold up now. My face does a double-take. Say what? Barbie will also be doing Batman v Superman figures and these figures actually look decent. Mattel’s primo Barbie line, The Barbie Collection Black Label will be producing 3 Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice Collection – Wonder Woman, Superman and Batman.

Move over Barbie, meet the Yuna doll
A new line of dolls that is not blue-eyed and blonde. Meet Yuna – the Asian American doll created by the designers of the Uglydoll, David Horvath and Sun Min & Creative Director of Bigshot Toyworks Klim Kozinevich. They have just launched a Kickstarter campaign for a new doll line named The Dream Big Friends.

Vogue Paris gets Barbie-Style Packaging
Photographer Giampaolo Sgura for Vogue Paris had novel idea of taking pictures of fashion models and their accessories in a Barbie-style packaging box. Well, just like my childhood, I had lots of Barbie dolls growing-up and I remember fondly roaming the Toys’R’Us aisles in the Barbie section.
