This is some incredible eatable toast art. The creator behind all this is Adam Perry. It all started when his daughter Scarlett who has severe food allergies a few months back. Adam saw how lame her breakfast was and decided to make it entertaining. Each sculpture takes about two bread slices, then he snaps a picture and serves the toast breakfast to her daughter.
Toast Sculptures for Eating
Food: The Middle Eastern Pizza
I admit, along with my fellow Retrenders blogger Stevie Jang, we haven’t found a good meat pie place in the SF area. Most of the time, Lahmadjun we’ve eaten have been a little oily, greasy and not fresh. Now Munchies is making me hungry with this piece, “Lebanon’s Lahmadjun” with reporter Aris Roussinos. In Beirut, Aris finds a Armenian/Syrian bakery, the Ichkhanian Bakery where they make the delicious Lahmadjun, which is a flatbread with spiced minced meat on top.

Food: The Ultimate Churros
When I lived in LA, you could not escape the sights and smells of churros and those amazing bacon wrapped hot dogs from the street vendors. These food items would hit the spot after the bars and clubs let it out or when you had that 1am in the morning food craving. And yes, I’m a fan of a good churro and it looks like I got to head to NYC for this tasty snack.
A Book on Sandwiches
Graphic Designer Pawel Piotrowski has a cool concept idea for a book on Sandwiches. 3D cut and ingredients made to look real in book form. The papers look tasty.
Famous Paintings on Toasted Bread
Artist Ida Skivenes likes to re-create famous paintings on toasted bread and then eats it. Ida is a super cool foody and you have to check out her Instagram page for more on this eatable toast series.
Smoko Toaster USB Hub
At first this reminded me of a children’s toy for a five year old but after looking at it a little closer, it brought a huge smile to my face. Not for its silliness, but for it’s cleverness. Each piece of toast is a 4GB Flash Drive and the toaster itself is the USB hub. The artist took a mundane, everyday appliance and applied a nice amount of wit and charm – I just love the Crisp Toast Flash Drive with the crossed out eyes. The USB Flash Drives come in four designs (Tato, Butta, Ry Ry, and Crisp), while the toaster is equipped with four USB ports and a SD card slot.
