Mattel Hot Wheels has released several 1:64, 1:43 and 1:18 scale “Back to the Future” AMC DeLorean cars, now this summer June 2016, Hot Wheels will be releasing a limited production run of the 2016 Hot Wheels Elite 1:18 Ultimate Edition Time Machine. This elite edition will feature LEDs, sound effects and extra car parts, so “Back to the Future” fans can make all 5 versions of the AMC DeLorean time machine from the series.

Today is October 21, 2015 – Back to the Future II day! Check out this cool looking collectible prototype from HK toy-maker Kids Logic. This is the “DeLorean – Time Machine Magnetic Floating Edition” from the Back to the Future II movie. The 1/20 scale DeLorean features opening doors, removable wheels, special floating effects, and more than 10 light-up LED effects. Also it will come with 2 bases: a floating base and display base. The “DeLorean – Time Machine Magnetic Floating Edition” will retail around $210.00USD, but the bad thing is it won’t be released until 3rd quarter 2016. A one-year wait!

Yes, there’s been many toy versions of this, but this exclusive version for Entertainment Earth is the best, it’s the Back to the Future II DeLorean 1/15 scale with hover conversion kit for flying. And it has electronic sounds and effects too. The only bad thing is it doesn’t come with a Doc Brown or Marty McFly action figure, but you can fit some 3 3/4 action figures like G.I. Joes in the seats.
