Lately Hot Wheels has been putting really cool JDM cars from the past and present at retail shelves. As you can see from my picture, I’ve been collecting tons of Hot Wheels JDM-type cars. Like the Hot Wheels X-Wing Carship, at the Rogue One: A Star Wars Story red carpet event, Nissan also had their Rogue SUV outfitted to look like a X-Wing fighter. The Nissan Rogue SUV was painted to look like the iconic X-Wing with jet engines and laser blasters fitted onto the sides of the car. And to top it off, an R2 Droid sat on top.

It’s time for fun rides at the YomiuriLand amusement park in Japan. On March 2016, YomiuriLand opened a new attraction called Gujjoba aka Good Job Attractions, which is aimed at children about Japanese manufacturing pop culture. It took about 7 years and $90 million USD involved to build the new attractions. It features 4 factories: Food Factory by Nissin Food Products, Stationary Factory by Kokuyo, Fashion Factory and for the car geeks – CAR Factory by Nissan. From the first big auto show of the year, the 2016 Detroit Auto Show, Infiniti launches the all-new Q60 coupe. It still does resemble the previous G37 coupe, but with more aggressive styling and lines. All models will have turbo 6 engine, while the top performance model will get the twin-turbo 3.0L V6 rated at 400 horses.

Yes, I admit, one of my guilty pleasures is watching the Fast & Furious franchise movies. The Fast & Furious have licensed many diecast approved collectible cars over the years, but this 1:43 scale diecast collection from GreenLight Collectibles is pretty sweet. I just picked-up several of these cars at Toys’R’Us.
