Just dropping into retail in Asia is Takara/Tomy have added more figures to their Metalkore Marvel line-up. Captain America, Spider-Man, Thor and the Hulk join in on the action. The figures have very limited articulation, just the arms move, but if you like a mix of plastic, diecast and for display, these figures are a nice pick-up.

Takara Tomy Drift Package Nano!
It seems the older I get, I don’t have enough time in the day to spend hours building a Gundam snap-on plastic model kit or building a R/C car. I have ADD due to watching YouTube videos and such. The Internet, but I digress. Here’s a neat little all-one ready-to-go R/C car package by Takara Tomy, it’s their Drift Package Nano set!

Takara Transformers Masterpiece MP-25 Tracks
One of my favorite G1 Aubotcars was Tracks since it transform into a plane mode and fly. Now Takara has made a Transformers Masterpiece version and it looks sweet. Tracks in robot mode looks like his G1 cartoon days and transforms into the iconic 1970’s Chevy Corvette Stingray. Tracks can transform into his classic G1 flight-mode. The Masterpiece figure also comes with other extras, like a flight display stand, Raoul figure and Blaster in boombox mode.
The new G1 Devastator is Here
This year Hasbro kicked-off it’s new theme for their Transformers toy line-up, calling it the Combiner Wars. It’s an homage to the G1 combiner toys and most fans have been waiting for Transformers Generations Combiner Wars Devastator. The 6 Constructicons: Scrapper, Hook, Bonecrusher, Long Haul, Mixmaster and Scavenger have all-new molds, but retain their G1-look. As the Constructicons combine into the Devastator, it now stands a behemoth 18-inches tall.

Just hitting the retail shelves is a collaboration between Medicom and Takara. The popular toy brick bears meets the transformerable robots in this neat merchandising product line. The 4 figures: Optimus Prime, Megatron, Starscream and Bumblebee figures can transform into their BE@RBRICK form or G1-style robot form. Now that is cool, so just take my wallet and credit cards now!
