Sayori has been a longtime fan of the Green Ranger and was excited to interview Jason David Frank. . . And did I mention, she also loves watching a good MMA Fight. My only comment about Jason David Frank is, when he became the Green Ranger, he didn’t raise the bar, he knocked the bar out in what’s expected to be a true Power Ranger!
The Eddie meets Michael Rooker of Guardians of the Galaxy
Wizard World was full of surprises – just like how “The Eddie” was able to meet actor, Michael Rooker. Those of you that don’t know him as Yondu of Guardians of the Galaxy, will definitely remember as Merle Dixon from the Walking Dead series. He is well recognized as playing the bad guy that you hate and then love, as you can see in his character metamorphosis through the episodes in Walking Dead. And I’m pretty positive that he had fun playing Yondu, which I would have to say, “he has added so much character to the biggest scavenger-pirate of the galaxy!”

For those of you that never caught the series on television, it became a popular cult hit with teens, college students and anyone that simply craved a show with mystery, ancient rituals and myths, vampire fighting and slaying, to finding love, and on top of that – yes, dusting off an ancient relic of a book in order to research a spell cast, or find an antidote to a curse.

Pin-up Artist and Illustrator – Nicole Brune at BigWow Comicfest
I’m a fan of Frank Cho’s, “Apes and Babes”, illustrations of women. And when I came across Nicole Brune’s art, I can definitely say if you love his work – you’ll undeniably love hers!
I especially love how Nicole Brune fashions some of her pin-up illustrations with pulp-fiction fantasy appeal that works from darkness to sweetness, or sweetness to darkness. I guess this would depend on what you notice first. See her artwork at www.nicolebrune.com
